All memberships are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Memberships renew automatically, monthly or annually, unless cancelled by contacting Cheroots Lounge; cancellation does not qualify for a refund. Benefits and pricing are subject to change at the discretion of Cheroots Lounge.

Limited by design
Lockers have limited availability and apply to Signature and Elite memberships. Members choose a unique 3-digit locker number during registration; assignment is subject to availability and confirmed by email. Applications are reviewed in the order received.

Membership registration
Applications are reviewed in the order received. Complete the registration form and we will confirm your tier and locker, then send a secure payment link by email — or you can settle in person at the lounge.

The Small Print
Membership terms
All memberships are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Memberships renew automatically, monthly or annually, unless cancelled by contacting Cheroots Lounge; cancellation does not qualify for a refund. Benefits and pricing are subject to change at the discretion of Cheroots Lounge.
- Membership discounts are valid only for the registered member and apply solely to the member's personal purchases. They may not be shared, transferred, or applied to purchases made for other guests.
- The registered member must be present and may be required to verify identity to receive the discount.
- Management reserves the right to deny or revoke discounts if misuse is suspected.
- Cheroots Lounge reserves the right to access lockers at any time, and is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- No firearms are permitted inside lockers or on the premises. No outside cigars or drinks may be kept inside lockers.
- Membership does not guarantee entry during private events or at capacity.
- Cheroots management reserves the right to modify benefits or revoke membership for policy violations without refund.
