By accessing this website, visiting Cheroots Lounge, making reservations, participating in promotions, purchasing products or services, or enrolling in memberships, guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   Use of Cheroots Lounge services constitutes acceptance of all current policies, terms, conditions, and operational rules.
   
2. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
   Cheroots Lounge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, deny entry, remove guests, cancel reservations, suspend privileges, or restrict access for any reason including but not limited to:
   
   - Intoxication
   - Disruptive conduct
   - Policy violations
   - Unsafe behavior
   - Harassment
   - Property damage
   - Illegal activity
   - Conduct inconsistent with the lounge environment
   
3. PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS
   All promotions, complimentary offerings, discounts, events, and special offers:
   
   - Are subject to availability
   - May include eligibility requirements
   - Are non-transferable
   - Have no cash value
   - May be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
   
   Management retains final authority regarding promotional eligibility and enforcement.
   
   Ladies Night promotion are governed by separate terms and conditions.
   
4. RESERVATIONS & EVENTS
   Reservations and event access are subject to availability and operational capacity.
   
   Cheroots Lounge reserves the right to modify seating arrangements, event schedules, reservation availability, and access privileges at any time.
   
   Private events, special programming, or operational requirements may affect public access.
   
5. MEMBERSHIPS
   Membership benefits, privileges, pricing, and access are governed by separate membership terms and conditions.
   
   Cheroots Lounge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke membership privileges at its sole discretion.
   
6. HOUSE RULES
   Guests must comply with all lounge policies, including but not limited to:
   - No outside food or beverages.
   - Outside cigars are subject to a $15 cutting fee per cigar.
   -  Management reserves the right to refuse outside cigars.
   - Compliance with dress code requirements when applicable
   - Respectful conduct toward guests and staff
   - Compliance with all posted lounge rules
   
7. DRESS CODE
   To maintain the upscale atmosphere of Cheroots Lounge, a dress code is strictly enforced during event and live entertainment nights, after 6:00pm
   
   Management reserves the right to deny entry or request guests to relocate to approved areas if attire does not comply with the dress code in effect for that event.
   
   Dress code requirements may vary by event and are subject to management discretion.

8.  AUTOMATIC GRATUITY
   - 18% gratuity will be automatically added to all food and beverage tabs during event and live entertainment nights, after 6:00 pm.
   - 20% gratuity will be automatically added to parties of six (6) or more and all bottle service purchases during event and live entertainment nights, after 6:00pm.
   - Cigar purchases are excluded from automatic gratuity.
   By placing an order during designated event or live entertainment nights, guests acknowledge and accept this policy.
   
9. SURVEILLANCE & SECURITY
   Cheroots Lounge premises may be monitored by security cameras and access-control systems.
   
   Entry into the premises constitutes consent to monitoring for safety, security, and operational purposes.
   
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Cheroots Lounge is not responsible for:
    - Lost or stolen personal property
    - Damage to personal belongings
    - Guest misconduct
    - Incidents arising from guest negligence or misuse of facilities
    
    Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with visiting the premises.
    
11. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
    Cheroots Lounge reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    
12. MANAGEMENT DISCRETION
    Cheroots Lounge management retains sole discretion regarding interpretation, enforcement, application, and execution of all policies, privileges, terms, promotions, and operational decisions.
    
    Continued use of Cheroots Lounge services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
